When you think of sing a longs what comes to your mind. Well usually sing a longs would be kind of a lame movie plot but I give it one and a half thumbs up. Most of the time I would think of a sing a long as too much like Hannah Montana but this sing a long features a super hero and a super villain in an action filled sing a long with lyrics that make you laugh out loud. I thought the way Captain Hammer took away from Dr. Horrible's dream girl was very funny. That is what this movie is all about, expecting the expected and the unexpected. Especially the part where Penny thought that Captain Hammer stopped the van but really it would have been stopped anyways without Captain Hammer's help. I love Neal Patrick Harris and his lyrics after this event and I would tell you the lyrics but I do not want to spoil a legitimate laugh and remember he has a PhD in horribleness. He also did a great job making the dialog natural and did not seem as if it was scripted but put alot of meaning into his comedy. Joss Whedon did a great job with the dialog with the movie and applied a funny and interesting story made into about 40 minutes just like he did with Buffy The Vampire series. I am most defiantly looking forward to the sequel of the sing a long. This is Beck with Couch Potatoes Watching Some Flicks.
